Brick House Fitness is a club created by women for women to help you reach your fitness goals and have fun maintaining your healthy lifestyle.

Here you can enjoy laughter, conversation and a sense of support while you workout next to you old friends and your new ones.

We offer classes morning, afternoon and evenings. And with approximately 125 motivating calorie zapping classes to choose from each week you are sure to find your perfect fit.

Fitness Quick Tips

1 - Eat your food on a saucer instead of a full size plate – you will eat less, but your mind will think it is the same

2 - Eat 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day – this will help keep you energize and your metabolism firing

3 - Keep your home a “safe zone” free from junk and/ or tempting foods – this will help you stop eating because it was there.

4 - Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday – this is vital for the complete metabolic process and to eliminate harmful substances from the body
